What s your day-to-day look like? Diagnose and treat mental health disorders with the utmost compassion, integrity, and commitment to excellence Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients Create and update individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances Make recommendations/referrals to specialists as necessary Maintain thorough notes of client interactions and adhere to strict confidentiality standards Accept a variety of insurances Attend team meetings and clinical consultative meetings Work with a variety of clients including individuals, couples, families, and groups within your skill-set and scope of practice Collaborate in the most effective possible ways with your clients using empirically supported treatment models and outcome measures to enhance outcomes and the therapeutic relationship Make referrals to appropriate lines of service based on the client s needs, both in-house and out. (Psychological testing, Medication Management, TMS, Spravato, MAT) What experience and qualifications are we looking for? Must be a fully licensed clinical mental health therapist or have a temporary license in one of the following disciplines: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LMSW, LMHC-t, or LMFT-t Must maintain knowledge of the latest treatment modalities and Evidenced-Based Models Must take initiative, demonstrate sound judgment, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication, organization & time management skills
