JOB DESCRIPTION This is a professional counseling position that involves the treatment of individuals with substance use disorders and other co-occurring conditions. Treatment involves facilitation of individual, group, and family counseling sessions, assessments, treatment planning, care coordination, case management services, discharge planning, and documentation. The clinician must possess expertise in counseling principles and techniques. Services are provided in accordance with recognized counseling principles and techniques and within the established policies, procedures and guidelines of the organization. The Clinician will work under the supervision of the Clinical Director and/or Clinical Supervisor. RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct group, individual, and family counseling sessions with clients, administer appropriate clinical assessments/ evaluations as needed, provide care coordination and case management as appropriate, develop treatment plans and discharge plans with the clinical team. JOB DESCRIPTION This is a professional counseling position that involves the treatment of individuals with substance use disorders and other co-occurring conditions.
