Prosper Health
Therapist job in Boise, ID
Job Description
Prosper Health is on a mission to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
Autistic adults have been systematically overlooked by the healthcare system-despite autism diagnoses increasing more than 5x in the past 25 years. This has led to extremely poor outcomes: autistic adults are 11x more likely than the average person to experience suicidal ideation and face a life expectancy 30 years shorter than average.
Prosper offers virtual mental health services-covered by insurance and built specifically for autistic adults. We help thousands of people get diagnosed for the first time in their lives, pair them with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and foster belonging through community. We have a lean, ambitious team, and recently raised a Series A to help us transform mental health for autistic and neurodivergent adults.

Grow professionally: Access regular peer consultation, specialized training, and monthly case conferences
Neurodiversity-affirming environment: Work alongside clinicians who share your commitment to neurodiversity-affirming approaches
