Physical Therapist- Early Intervention (0-3) A&I Avenues is seeking a dedicated and family-centered Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Early Intervention team. Early Intervention services support infants and toddlers (birth-3 years) who are beginning or preparing to receive therapy services. Physical Therapists play a vital role in supporting children during the earliest stages of development by partnering with families to build motor skills, promote participation in daily routines, and increase functional abilities. As a member of the Dayspring team, the Physical Therapist provides ongoing services throughout a child's time in Early Intervention. This includes consultation with families and team members, parent education and coaching, direct therapy services, and development of individualized home programs. Ideal candidates are collaborative, self-directed, and enjoy working in family-centered, home- and community-based environments. Purpose of Position To provide comprehensive physical therapy services to children enrolled in Dayspring services through A&I Avenues. The Physical Therapist collaborates with Dayspring staff, subcontracted providers, and families to deliver assessment, consultation, parent education, direct intervention, and home-based therapeutic programming. Services are designed to support children and families in the earliest stages of development and promote functional motor skills within natural environments.
