Reports patient progress and barriers to discharge in each patient team conference
Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors.
Formulates a teaching plan based on identified learning needs and evaluates effectiveness of learning; family is included in teaching, as appropriate. Performs appropriate documentation.
Demonstrates knowledge, competency and proficiency of physical therapy modalities.

This is a short-term, intensive day-treatment program for birthing patient up to one-year post-partum who are struggling with perinatal mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, OCD, and psychosis. The program focuses on coping skills and psychoeducation that improves mood and bonding. The treatment team you will join consists of psychiatrists and social workers with a passion for supporting patients through this crucial time. * Part-time position (0.8 FTE), Monday to Thursday day shift
