A Pre-Licensed Therapist with LynLake Centers for Wellbeing will be responsible for: Providing professional clinical services, including individual, couples, group, and/or family therapy Following company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations. Timely completion of medical records and associated tasks to support billing and administration. Conduct diagnostic assessments, monitor client progress, provide relevant education, and develop treatment plans. Make referrals to other health professionals and community members as needed. Attend internal and/or external continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices. Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills along with expertise in therapy processes and treatment modalities. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team productively and effectively. Requirements: Clinical Experience: Minimum of one year of previous group practice experience (or related outpatient practice experience) Education: Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology. Licensures/Certifications: In a Pre-Licensed track receiving supervision for one of the following licensures: LPCC, LICSW or LMFT in the state of Minnesota. Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage. Strongly Preferred: One or more of the following specialties: Works with children under the age of 13 years old Trained in Trauma/PTSD (EMDR; ART; Somatic Experiencing; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy; Brainspotting; Internal Family Systems (IFS); DBT; Neurofeedback) and/or Sex therapy.
