    We are seeking a licensed Chiropractor or Physical Therapist with at least one year of hands-on clinical experience, preferably working with patients recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI) or post-concussive conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in active rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and functional movement-based treatment. This role focuses on providing evidence-based, patient-centered care to support recovery of balance, coordination, mobility, and daily functional abilities. Key Responsibilities Deliver hands-on, active rehabilitation for patients with TBI, post-concussive symptoms, and neurologic functional impairments. Perform comprehensive assessments addressing balance, vestibular function, cervical biomechanics, musculoskeletal dysfunction, and functional mobility. Provide vestibular therapy including gaze stabilization, habituation exercises, balance training, and canalith repositioning techniques when indicated. Implement individualized treatment plans incorporating physical therapy, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and occupation-based strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers including neurologists, occupational therapists, neuropsychologists, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure cohesive patient care. Record clear, accurate clinical documentation aligned with regulatory and organizational standards. Educate patients on home exercise programs, safety, pacing strategies, and return-to-work/return-to-activity protocols. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in TBI rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and functional neurorehabilitation. Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC), Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), or Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active state license in good standing (or license eligibility). Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, neurology, vestibular rehab, or related fields.
