Compensation
At Tailwinds, we believe every full-time licensed clinician deserves to earn at least six figures (plus benefits) on an annual basis within two years or less. Compensation is based on license type, licensure status, and tenure with the practice, and is calculated per billable clinical hour (i.e., hours billed to the client or insurance). Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain an average caseload of 25 clients per week and are eligible for benefits.

· Year 2: 55%

Base earnings range reflects good-faith estimate of gross annual earnings for a Year 1 clinician with an average caseload of at least 25 clients/week.

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $77,000 - $110,000 depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about rehabilitation, eager to grow clinically, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. The therapist will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery, mobility, and the discharge plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform evaluations of patients physical and functional status
Develop appropriate goals based on clinical findings
Educate patients and families to support active participation in care
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, care managers, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, etc. to provide coordinated, holistic care.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards.
Contribute to a positive team environment that values respect, empathy, accountability, and innovation
Position Requirements:
Graduate of approved School of Physical Therapy.
Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois.
Certified in CPR through the American Heart Association.

Duties:

Regularly reassess Patients to determine effectiveness/progress
Patient education as to importance of continuation of therapies, diagnosis, and treatment options
Coordination of treatment plan with patient and other team members
Completes and maintains accurate and timely documentation
Submits accurate charges for services and supplies
Collaborate and supervise physical therapy assistants (PTAs) to include direction of tasks to be completed
Requirements:
Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
Physical Therapy License in IN
