Insures that the TCI department is maintained in a clean and organized manner. Provides input to the manager of TCI as observations of needs for patients, providers, or the facility warrants. Attempts to resolve any patient, provider, and/or family concerns with the services provided by the psychotherapist, and ensuring concerns are reported also to TCI management with request for assistance in resolution when necessary. Behaves and dresses in a professional and courteous manner consistent with the position of a medical professional and as a representative of Mountain View Hospital.
