The PT - Physical Therapist provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy, BSPT, MSPT, or DPT (2003 or later must have MSPT or DPT) Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment. One (1) year experience in post acute care or related setting preferred CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: Licensed in the State of Idaho as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC); those licensed as Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) with other relevant experience will also be considered. * Ability to make accurate clinical assessments of adolescents with mental and behavioral conditions; * Ability to provide evidence-based psychotherapy and brief therapeutic interventions for mental health and substance use conditions; * Experience with crisis response planning and suicide risk assessments; * Ability to work effectively as a team, interfacing with patients, school personnel, primary care providers, consulting psychiatrist and mental health specialists, as well as with administrative and support staff; * DESIRED: 5+ years experience * Bi-lingual: Spanish/English.
