We are seeking a Navigate Individual Resiliency Therapist responsible for providing Navigate services focusing on the individual experiencing early on-set psychosis, adhering to the Navigate model of care, as well as other supporting modalities of care. The role functions as part of a Coordinated Specialty Care team that includes a Program Manager, Individual Resiliency Therapist, Family Engagement Specialist, Supported Employment and Education Specialist, prescriber, Registered Nurse, and Individual and Family Peer Support Specialists. This position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some evenings may be required but would be planned. This assignment is in person at 1131 Ionia Ave NW, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology, Counseling or Counseling Psychology Certification or Licensure in the State of Michigan as a master social worker, professional counselor, or psychologist. Limited License is accepted. 1 year of experience providing direct services to individuals that have experienced psychosis Experience with the 15-30-year-old population preferred Training in CBTp strongly preferred. MCBAP certification as a CAADC preferred Knowledge of crisis intervention and treatment methodology Training in and experience with providing Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy preferred Ability to perform work in community settings which may not be barrier-free.
