Preferred Qualifications: Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and strategies. Familiarity with behavior management systems and data collection procedures. Experience working in a clinical or educational setting. At least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements: Ability to actively engage with children, including physical movement such as kneeling, standing, sitting on the floor, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to remain patient and composed in challenging situations. Work Environment: The work environment is primarily within the Applied Behavior Center for Autism, which includes therapy rooms, classrooms, and common areas for client interactions. Some travel may be required for home or school visits.
