What You'll Gain Supportive team culture focused on collaboration, supervision, and professional development Opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and families Experience providing evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy in individual, family, and group settings Leadership that values your input and encourages growth Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group counseling Deliver trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and evidence-based therapy Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment planning, and diagnosis Maintain accurate client files, treatment notes, and agency-required documentation Participate in program planning, team supervision, and case collaboration Communicate regularly with collateral contacts, including schools, police, and referral sources Respond to crisis situations, including 24-hour emergency support as needed Required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related human services field Must have current licensure in Illinois for one of the following: LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC.
