QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in human services, education or a related field; and five (5) years of experience or an equivalent combination of education, employment and life experience. A Master's degree is preferred. In addition to the above, it is mandatory that candidates meet the following criteria prior to hire: Authorization for the agency to obtain driving record information and approval by agency insurance carrier Regular access to a motor vehicle, and automobile insurance at the level of $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident Bodily Injury and $50,000 Property Damage Access to a telephone PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must be able to be autonomously mobile in order to provide the required services. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree plus a license to practice physical therapy Two years' full time paid experience in practicing physical therapy in a nursing home or health care facility. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal. Good organizational skills. Ability to interact courteously and tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, vendors and the general public.
