Key Responsibilities
Complete comprehensive psychological and developmental evaluations for children and adolescents, integrating ADOS-2, cognitive, adaptive, and language measures.
Draft reader-friendly diagnostic reports that meet DSM-5 and payer documentation standards, typically within five business days of testing.
Provide compassionate, plain-language feedback to caregivers, including individualized recommendations that bridge school, home, and therapy settings.
Collaborate daily with BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs to translate assessment findings into evidence-based treatment plans.
Maintain full compliance with Utah licensure rules, Medicaid guidelines, and commercial-insurance requirements.
Contribute to program development, quality-improvement projects, and peer case consultation.
Participate in (and optionally lead) journal clubs, CE workshops, and mentoring of post-docs or practicum students.
Required Qualifications
Doctorate (PhD / PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology.
Unrestricted Utah psychologist license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
Formal ADOS-2 training with 2+ years administering autism batteries.
Eligibility for Medicaid and major-payer credentialing.
Deep knowledge of DSM-5 differential diagnosis and best-practice report writing.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex findings to non-clinical audiences.
Preferred Experience
Testing across the lifespan (ages 2-18).
Prior work in a multidisciplinary medical, ABA, or outpatient clinic.
