Qualifications ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSBILITIES: Conduct mental health assessments. Provide ongoing individual and group counseling services. Screen children, upon arrival for human trafficking concerns. Provide crisis intervention services as needed. Develop a treatment plan for each child assigned to their caseload. Carry caseload of up to 12 clients at one time per ORR standards. Work cooperatively with Case Managers and other members of the Treatment Team to provide relevant updates on client status.
