About the Role Lyra developed an innovative video therapy program called Lyra Care Therapy: blending live video sessions with between-session digital psychoeducation and customizable skill building tools. With this program, you'll have the resources and support you need to ensure that your clients get better-all while improving access to mental health care from your home or preferred setting. Daily: As a Lyra Care Therapist, you'll provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video, maintaining a caseload of diverse and varied clinical needs. The anticipated starting base salary for a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Lyra is between $78,000 annually. The base salary is determined by role and placement within the range, and will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, and location. Our program incorporates psychiatry with psychotherapy to holistically treat clients in our care supporting them in gaining skills to be successful at home, in school and in the community. As a Day Treatment Intensive Outpatient Mental Health Therapist your focus will be on assessment, treatment, and prevention services to children, adolescents, and their families as well as consultation with the school staff working with the student. This role is a highly collaborative function, and you will experience exposure to a multidisciplinary team working in collaboration with a variety of experienced professionals to ensure the best care for the children and families in your care. Candidates should be fully licensed or working toward independent licensure. Role responsibilities Our Day Treatment Intensive Outpatient therapists, working in collaboration with the school staff and Aris Clinic leadership, provide a combination of therapeutic services. These services can be: Provide group, individual, and family therapy Conduct diagnostic assessments (DA) to determine appropriate services Collaborate with the client and / or their family on treatment plan that incorporates DA results Monitor the IOP Milieu and facilitate Milieu Therapy where needed. Create and update treatment plans for patients Complete case management for patients Participate in school meetings Provide care coordination, including collaboration with psychiatrists and other professionals working with the client Create a discharge and aftercare plan Timely documentation according to MN DHS CTSS standards Adherence to Minnesota and HIPPA data privacy requirements In addition to the program work, therapists can build an outpatient caseload and gain additional compensation for those clients if they choose to do that.
