Provides direct therapy services as needed (sliding scale caseload based on direct reports) to maintain clinical engagement and support staff as needed. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology. Active state license and in good standing in respective discipline. Minimum of 2 years of pediatric clinical experience; outpatient or center-based experience preferred. 1-3 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare or pediatric setting preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Experience using EMR systems and standard office software (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
