The Clinic Administrator fosters a collaborative, family-centered environment where therapists are supported to grow, children receive evidence-based care, and families feel empowered and informed throughout their therapy journey. Available 40 hours onsite. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Clinical and Operational Leadership Oversees all clinical and administrative operations within the clinic, ensuring efficient workflows, quality patient care, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Provides direct therapy services as needed (sliding scale caseload based on direct reports) to maintain clinical engagement and support staff as needed. Ensures scheduling, documentation, and billing practices meet company standards and payer requirements. Monitors clinic capacity, attendance, and productivity to ensure optimal resource use and positive patient outcomes. Oversees clinic payroll, timekeeping, and operational reports through the EMR and HRIS systems. Serves as the primary liaison for operational, clinical, and facility matters. This full-time or part-time position is based in our DFW division.
