Job Description Ohio Therapy Centers- Euclid Medical Group Rehab Specialist -Exercise Specialist- Medical Assistant We are a busy, fast-paced, chiropractic office is seeking an experienced full-time exercise specialist to work in all aspects of an outpatient chiropractic rehabilitation program. The ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic, motivated, and able to multitask. In addition, he or she should have the desire to work within a collaborative, fast past environment. Our Rehab Specialists work closely with patients of all ages and a team of coworkers. We are looking for someone who is personable, energetic, outgoing, and motivated to join our medical team. Our office is an independent medical facility and is open Monday- Friday with no on-call duties, weekend hours, and only three evening shifts per week. This is a full-time position, but we are willing to consider part time candidates as well. This is a Monday- Friday position with Friday hours being 830-12p! Must have the availability to work until 6pm Mon-Thursday. MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND IN REHAB/ FITNESS/ EXCERCISE SCIENCE/CHIROPRACTIC or related field. Job responsibilities will include: Leading patients one-on-one and in a group setting through a therapeutic exercise program that is prescribed by the Medical Professional or Chiropractor. Explaining the benefits of progressive rehab to patients. Provide patients with exercise literature to ensure proper methods and techniques. Assisting fellow co-workers as needed to ensure proper patient flow in the office. Provide overall support for physicians and office operations. Prepares patients for examinations and treatment. Takes patient histories and vital signs. Assists with scheduling of examinations and treatments. Assisting with informing the provider of schedule changes that impact patient flow, assisting with front office activities and varied scheduling tasks. Assist with documenting the patient's treatment chart with guidance from the medical provider -- Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16 - $19.00 per hour
