Requirements ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care developed by and under the supervision of the Licensed Occupational Therapist. Communicate with Occupational Therapist, the patient and/or family and facility staff any pertinent information concerning patient progress, problems and plans. Participate in patient Plan of Care Meetings and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings. Participate in in-service training programs for other staff in the facility.
