Qualified applicants will be either an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant with the ability to float between their primary location at Mountain Vista Senior Living Community in Wheat Ridge, CO and Franklin Park Health Center in Denver, CO.

Job Summary: The Assistant Director of Rehab supports the ADO, RVP, and Operations team, to ensure the efficient operation of a facility rehab department. Serves as the liaison between Functional Pathways, the facility and rehab staff. ADOR will split time equally to be responsible for 50% patient treatment time and 50% administrative time.
Qualifications
Education and Licensure:
Must have an Associate or Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant program.
Knowledge and Skills:
Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by the state and national board associations.
Active professional state license.
Must possess comprehensive leadership skills and be able to supervise as needed.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
One-year clinical experience preferred
Active CPR certification prior to start (current prior to start and annually thereafter, as required by facility)
