Essential Functions:
Demonstrate outstanding customer service.

Verify patient insurance, obtain necessary approval and pre-certification, and ensure proper documentation is completed.
Calculate patient balances and payment due in advance to ensure payment is received at time of service.
Collect OTC payments in accordance with Patient Payment Guidelines and enter payments into billing system.
Send required documentation to case managers, adjusters, etc. for Worker's Comp patients.
Contact referrals the same day as received and attempt to schedule appointment within 24 hours.
Run weekly reports and submit to central business office in a timely fashion.
Comply with all company policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations.
Perform other duties as required to meet the needs of the company.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in a medical or clinical office required.
Experience with insurance verification required.

The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering programs of physical therapy as requested by referring physician and as evidenced by the patient's needs.
Essential Functions:
Evaluate, prepare, and carry out individually designed programs of physical therapy treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent dysfunction in patients.
Complete patient related documentation.
Supervise physical therapist assistants and supportive personnel for accurate and timely completion of delegated job tasks.
Flexibility in treating a varying daily patient load including evaluations, walk-ins and follow up visits.
Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit.
Instruct patient and family in treatment procedures to be continued at home.
Perform other duties as required to meet the needs of the company.
Requirements:
A master's degree in an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.
A current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
Duties require extensive standing and walking.
Requires lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or transferring patients.

The Office Coordinator is responsible for assisting with all day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of the clinic.
Essential Functions:
Demonstrate outstanding customer service.
Schedule new and returning patients.
Verify patient insurance, obtain necessary approval and pre-certification, and ensure proper documentation is completed.
Calculate patient balances and payment due in advance to ensure payment is received at time of service.
Collect OTC payments in accordance with Patient Payment Guidelines and enter payments into billing system.
Send required documentation to case managers, adjusters, etc. for Worker's Comp patients.
Contact referrals the same day as received and attempt to schedule appointment within 24 hours.
Run weekly reports and submit to central business office in a timely fashion.
Comply with all company policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations.
Perform other duties as required to meet the needs of the company.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required .
Experience in a medical or clinical office required .
Experience with insurance verification required .
