Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an Associate Medical Director at the Las Vegas Clinical Research Unit. This role is an office-based position for a motivated Physician. The Associate Medical Director serves as the physician investigator on all assigned clinical trials providing medical oversight for a particular protocol and client. Ensures that the protocol is being conducted under all applicable laws, regulations and per ICH-GCP guidelines in the organization's Clinical Research Unit (CRU). Consults with clients and provides scientific and medical insight for protocols. Researches compounds being considered by the CRU for subject safety. Evaluates and signs off on medical data collected, completed case report forms (CRFs) and final clinical study reports (CSRs). Fosters relationships with clients and supports operational and business development staff. Supports local team in all quality initiatives and regulatory requirements at a busy Phase 1 32 bed facility understanding that participants often domiciled for extended duration.
Essential Functions:
+ Reviews protocols for scientific, logistical and safety feasibility, as requested.
+ Adheres to client directives and study protocols for assigned projects.
+ Performs role as described in FDA Form 1572, including, but not limited to informed consent and screening examinations of subjects, clinical management of safety issues for the individual subjects as well as the study cohort.
+ Presents all first-in-human and other high-risk trials to the Human Safety Committee (HSC) to ensure those trials are thoroughly reviewed and approved by the voting members. Develops a risk management plan (RMP) with the Project Manager to mitigate any risk to subject safety for all studies.
+ Provides training on assigned studies, as requested.
+ Discusses medical concerns with investigators and clients (e.g. discussion regarding interpretation of inclusion/exclusion criteria) raised during the course of a study, as appropriate, using proper medical judgment in the interpretation and decision making with regard to clinical situations as they relate to the investigational study.
+ Provides medical consultation to team members and answers study related medical questions. Communicates with associates and clients, maintaining an open line of communication to ensure all procedures are followed appropriately. Deviates from current approved study protocol only if it is in the medical emergent safety needs of a study participant.
+ Monitors, evaluates and takes action as needed on safety variables (adverse events, laboratory/ECG abnormalities, changes in patient medical status, and unblinding requests) during a clinical trial.
+ Assesses reported adverse events and determines causality and study drug relationship. Assesses and determines the clinical significance of out-of-range laboratory values and other observed abnormalities noted within safety assessments.
+ Contributes to departmental process improvement initiatives.
+ Available for weekend call coverage (rotated through investigator team)
**Education and experience:**
+ A valid medical degree (M.D. or D.O.)
+ A medical license in good standing, with unrestricted ability to practice in place of work, where Applicable. Nevada State licensure will be required.
+ Board Certification in respective field preferred.
+ A valid ICH GCP certificate (this can be acquired upon employment)
+ No previous experience in clinical research is required but is preferred.
+ Must have general medical practitioner diagnosis and treatment proficiency.

**Working Conditions and Environment:**
+ Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.

The salary range estimated for this position based in Nevada is $200,000.00-$278,900.00.

Perform the functions of data manipulation on the computer network, initiating jobs for production and laser printing on specific printer equipment, staging printed jobs in the production area to ensure a smooth transition flow through production in order to meet the delivery deadlines of each customer while maintaining quality standards. Ensures printing quality standards are being met by sampling, viewing and checking print jobs are processed.

Machinist I
Position Summary/Essential Functions:
With direct guidance in a team environment, the Machinist is responsible for operating one or more production machines working from blueprints, sketches, and route sheets.
Responsibilities:
* Perform repetitive machine operations (including reworking parts) such as cutting, shaping, deburring, forming, drilling, reaming and smoothing parts. Make minor adjustments and report improper machine functioning, or cutting action, to team for correction and improvement.
* Align and fasten parts using standard fixtures where established methods are followed.
* Set feeds, speeds and depth of cut to machine quality parts.
* Perform operations such as reaming, tapping, spot-facing, chamfering, countersinking, and counterboring.
* Visually inspect parts for burrs and damaged machine surfaces.
* Remove burrs, sharp edges, tool marks cracks or other irregularities from machined parts.
* Inspect parts for conformance to specifications by visual examination and the use of gages or other measuring instruments.
* Accurately and regularly perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) requirements.
* Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition.
* Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
* HS diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum 1-3 years general or related machine shop experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities.
* Must demonstrate manual dexterity.

Position Summary/Essential Functions:
Provide leadership of Supply Chain Management activities for an aerospace repair station. Supply Chain Management activities will include managing the receiving/induction department, the shipping department, the oil and bag department, and the outsource function.
Work with operations, customer service (CSO), the business unit manager, purchasing, IT and other appropriate resources to strategically plan and coordinate the flow of materials and information from customers to meet on-time delivery expectations. Provides direct leadership and management of hourly personnel in multiple departments.

* Lead and manage all activities related to receiving/unboxing, induction, outsource, oil and bag, and shipping. This also includes inventory management related to our stock rooms and external storage containers.

* Develop and/or maintain key KPIs (e.g. TAT) for all departments. Conduct weekly meetings with manager to review potential opportunities and areas for continuous improvement.

* Responsible to manage logistics (scheduling of shipments inbound and outbound) for the site

Certified Welder
Position Summary:
Performs a wide range of routine to complex manual, automatic and/or semiautomatic welds utilizing a variety of equipment on high temperature and high strength metal alloys, as specified by blueprints, layouts, welding procedures, and work instructions. Includes welding on commercial and military fabrications. In a team environment, work to develop processes, procedures, and tooling necessary to effectively weld completed assemblies.
Responsibilities:
Following established procedures, responsibilities may include some or all the following:
* Properly set up and operate manual and automatic welding systems per work instructions and good welding practices.
* Positions and adjusts fixtures, attachments, or workpiece on machine, using visual acuity, hand tools and measuring devices.
* Adjust, within procedural limits, to fine-tune the process to achieve conformance standards.
* Read and understand product and process drawings, procedures, weld symbols, and quality requirements.
* Performs proper pre-weld cleaning and handling of parts.
* Inspects hardware to ensure specifications are met, by visual inspection and measuring devices.
* Maintain a high level of performance while following appropriate procedures and observing all pertinent safety rules and requirements.
* Maintain work area and equipment in an organized, clean, and FOD-free manner.
* Obtain and maintain all required qualifications and certifications in all appropriate metals.
* Ability to perform set-up and troubleshooting of weld equipment.
* Understand general and weld specific safety issues.
* Provide guidance to less experienced welders as necessary.
* Assist with skill development, safety, and other training of welders.
* Work with Engineering as needed to develop weld processes and resolve weld issues.
* Troubleshoot all weld equipment working in a team environment to maintain operational needs.
Qualifications:
* HS diploma or equivalent.
* At least 8+ years of welding or related experience or demonstrated ability to perform the described responsibilities.
* Able to become certified to AWS D17.1.2001.
* Able to read and understand product and process drawings, procedures, weld symbols and quality requirements.
