Location/Division Specific Information

Key Responsibilities
Manage DuPont's Product Portfolio Sustainability Assessment (PSA) program for Tyvek , in alignment with DuPont's global standards and frameworks.
Work closely with Tyvek sustainability segment leaders to interpret PSA findings and translate them into actionable sustainability steps.
Assist in advancing the sustainability initiatives of operations, supply chain, procurement, or technology teams by fostering energy efficiency, supporting renewable energy adoption, and encouraging low-carbon innovation. Contribute to the program's efforts to obtain renewable energy certificates (REC) and guarantees of origin (GO) for renewable electricity.
Support and advance supplier engagement programs by collaborating cross-functionally with DuPont procurement, Tyvek internal teams and external suppliers. Drive progress on Tyvek 's sustainability roadmaps through joint initiatives, knowledge sharing, and partnership development, ensuring supplier alignment with DuPont's sustainability goals and best practices.
Work with the Tyvek internal teams in collecting, analyzing, and reporting of the sustainability commitments and progress toward milestones and goal metrics.
Supervise life cycle assessment (LCA) projects, assess data to identify improvements and substantiate claims, and share insights with stakeholders to further sustainability objectives.
Respond to sustainability-focused customer inquiries and ensure timely, accurate information is provided.
Collaborate with the Tyvek sustainability segment leaders to verify that market claims are supported and credible.
Support the global sustainability function by maintaining a living knowledge base, documenting activities, engaging stakeholders and advocacy efforts, and capturing customer feedback.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of corporate sustainability metrics.
Contribute to or lead the development of white papers on sustainability issues, and advance advocacy and industry leadership.

Qualifications
Master's degree or PhD in environmental engineering, sustainability, materials science, chemistry, or a related field.
In-depth understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
Proficient in Life Cycle Assessments.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in sustainability roles within manufacturing or industrial environments with demonstrated expertise in decarbonization roadmaps is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and the use of AI.
The following experience is preferred:
Circular economy and waste management practices.
Experience with mass-balance frameworks (e.g., ISCC+ certification).
