As the Operational Excellence / PPI Divisional Lead at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a pivotal role in driving world-class operational improvements. **Responsibilities**
+ Develop an operational excellence vision and strategy aligned with the Division's goals.

**Requirements**
+ 10+ years of related experience leading operational excellence, process improvement, or quality management in a large, complex organization.
+ Bachelors degree or equivalent required.
+ Proven experience in operational excellence roles, preferably within a global organization.
+ Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Accreditation in Lean, Six Sigma, or other acknowledged operational excellence methodologies.
+ Experience leading kaizen events including elements such as standard work, process invention, SIPOC, strategy deployment, A3 Thinking, value-analysis/value engineering, error-proofing, material flow, Heijunka, and kanban.
+ Demonstrated history of translating strategy into execution and achieving tangible business outcomes by implementing operational efficiency programs.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
+ Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate positive connections and influence collaborators at all levels.
+ Demonstrated experience in change management and leading cross-functional teams.
+ Proficient in using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
+ Prior knowledge of implementing technology solutions to drive operational efficiency is beneficial.
+ Understanding industry-specific regulations and guidelines for operational excellence.
+ Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements and industry mentorship (esp. FDA, EMA, ICH, ISPE). Audit experienced is preferred.

The Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering will provide strategic and operational leadership for Facilities, Equipment, Reliability, and Engineering functions at our high-volume manufacturing site. **Compensation and Benefits**
The salary range estimated for this position based in Kansas is $130,000.00-$194,950.00.

The candidate will be responsible for the performance of operations in support of the manufacture of Commercial and Clinical Biologics. Summary
The Strategic Business Development Director - PM leads the efforts to penetrate market segments identified in the Company strategy, and identify and capture new strategic market opportunities. Drives the business in key markets to achieve financial goals. Interact with and support new product development teams to ensure the electromechanical design, components, and materials of products are suitable and documented as required for agency approval.
Maintain existing product certifications
Review and approve Quick Installation Guides, instruction manuals, and product warning labels with respect to agency standards and corporate requirements.
Create and implement certification test plans in accordance with applicable agency standards.
Work collaboratively with design engineers and lab technicians in the support of product testing and evaluations. Prepare test requests, determine test configurations, and provide guidance for testing implementation.
Review testing results, compile test reports and create the construction description for agency acceptance.
Maintain product safety database and files including claims, advisories, lawsuits, Consumer Safety Product Commission Retailer report, etc.
Support and lead agency projects including new products into the market and updates to existing product files.
Work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional new product development team, providing guidance on product safety and agency requirements.
Develop working knowledge and provide functional guidance for standards like UL1017, UL2595, UL507, IEC60335, or similar appliance standards.
