The Contract Sales Specialist is a field-based role focused on selling maintenance and service contracts including related qualifications. This role combines deep scientific expertise, a collaborative nature, and rich resources to deliver service solutions for chromatography, mass spectrometry and molecular scientific equipment. These service solutions enable our customers to achieve their scientific goals quickly, reliably, and safely. This strategic sales position will also have Key Account responsibility coordinating with the expanded teams ensuring their contract needs and entitlements are met. The Contract Sales Specialist is responsible for: Key Sales Activities: Develop, implement, and maintain account-specific strategies and proposals to drive incremental growth opportunities. Collaborate with divisional sales teams, channel distribution partners, product & application specialists, customer experience, and business development teams to drive support plan service sales. Customer Support: Provide intensive support to assigned customers in collaboration Customer Success Managers (renewals team) and Service leaders. Capable of prioritizing, being effective, and strong negotiation skills.
