The company was the subject of a hostile takeover.
Benefits and the employees were wonderful. My position was Payroll Administrator which was new for me. I had been a Human Resources Generalist for 15 years so, Corporate payroll was challenging but I enjoyed it.

Too Big, you need to constantly try to network and gain exposure in order to move around. Finance systems are disorganized and not fully scaled / synced
