Apprentice, Journeyman and Expert levels would all have the following responsibilities: Candidate should have woodworking knowledge in the process of framing, similar to that of residential construction. Candidate will be tasked with using templates and free-hand framing to the interior of vans to allow for spray foam application. Knowledge and use of standard hand tools is essential for the framing process. Responsible for the safe construction, installation, and repair of installation kits. Must possess the ability and will to be trained. Candidate should have experience with spray foam process or the ability to learn the process. We are willing to train the appropriate candidate for the position. Candidate must be willing to use the properly supplied PPE and equipment to spray foam insulation into vans after framing is complete. Additionally, for Journeyman level Production Technician: Measures, marks, and arranges materials to establish a layout based on prints or instructions by supervision. Cuts and shapes structures from wood, plastic, etc. Higher level of experience and skills. Additionally, an Expert level Production Technician: Aid in the cross-training of others. Highest level of experience, skills, and sharing of knowledge. All movements are to be followed by the necessary system transaction. This may also include building crates as necessary and answering any questions in regards to returns history.
