Pros are knowledgeable leadership. Longevity in the company.
I have very busy days however like it that way.
Oh, there are so many. Great benefits that we have paid for us. The Turn and Learn event yearly is an awesome way they show us gratitude with tons of prizes and acknowledgement for achieving goals and the entire company comes together for learning and food and fun we all stay at hotels for 2 nights and then the third day we have a play at the Chanhassen dinner theater. The bonuses are a great increase in wage and easily achievable.
The years of experience they share, and their guidance is the best I have ever seen.
By knowing where the interview is at and driving by the night before and don't be late!
Office hour s could be a little more flexible based on the tenants needs not just the 8-430 tenants work at those times so it can be I stay late and still have to come in by 8 and I am salary so that's not the greatest.
It could always be higher, but the bonuses make up for it!
