i love working with TK and Kinder , it was sooo fun and exciting and i was the supervisor so i had to manage and coach 3 program leaders make the schedule, do our monthly budget and purchase, make lesson plans. Got to plan all the holiday partys for the classes. I also support 1-6th grade as well. Mostly create and organized sign in and out, and also support and manage the program leader as well as the students. We average about 150-170 kids daily. So printing lesson plans from grade TK-6th grade. Fun fridays, holiday parties. Deal with parents and phone calls.
Managing and coaching program leaders, Its hard for some grown older people to listen to a younger person as myself. It becomes toxic i am very kind and i go by protocol and want the best organized fun after school program.
Love working with kids, i love to organized and manage a program with lesson plans, and holidays events, and building relationships with the kids and their parents.
