Pros of working at Third Way Center

Good learning experience

Cons of working at Third Way Center

Executive Director, David Eisner) & Medical Director, (Hildegard Messembaugh) , were often unsupported, would confront staff in front in staff meetings, would use & single out personal issues against some staff. Eisner could be very cruel & mean toward some staff. Very poor boundaries with the aforementioned individuals. Very uncomfortable work environment at times. I would never accept a position at this organization again.

Leadership could be cruel & demeaning. No really good qualities from leadership.
