This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals in a unique outpatient setting! In this vital role, the Co-Occurring Clinician will: * provide direct clinical assessment and psychotherapy for consumers of the program with co-occurring (substance use and mental health) concerns * facilitate an integrated team approach in the consumer's care plan with inclusion of CBHC services provided by Recovery Coaches, Recovery Support Coordinators, nursing, and psychiatry * develop individualized treatment plans for psychotherapy needs as well as a service plan which coordinates and integrates all of the components of the CBHC team members in collaboration with the consumer.
