Sandy Dweik is the Vice President and Chief Consultant at Thomas Bell-Wright International Consultants (TBWIC). She has joined TBWIC since 1997 and oversees the Consultancy Team throughout their work as Specialist Cladding Consultants; this includes design guidance on façade systems concept, preparations of specification, drawings, assessment of Contractor’s prequalification and competence and value engineering. Working with the Architect, Consultant and Designers to develop the tender package, the challenge is to create a multi functional façade that meets today’s challenging requirements. She also backs up the Curtain Wall Testing Team at TBWIC when it comes to questions regarding testing performance, rectification methods and investigations.
