Weekly pay and good health insurnace
Hourly Pay is very low for the level of physical work required and NO AC.
Leaving at 2:30pm daily
I get things done. Do what needs to be done. So I can pretty much do what I want to do if I wanted to.
Management at times can make job difficult
Not being looked over shoulder. Run things how I like without being micro managed

It is a politically toxic environment, particularly is you are in engineering. Engineers do not stay there very long, very high turn over.

The people you work with are very nice and hard working. Management excluded.
