Job Description
The Senior Regulatory Expert is a recognized thought leader and subject matter expert (SME) who is responsible for driving Assent's objective of being a market leading software and services solution for a wide variety of customers and industries. Key Requirements & Responsibilities
* Be a trusted and known subject matter expert internally and externally, demonstrating depth and breadth of knowledge in several areas of product sustainability and regulatory compliance:
* Specific attention to regulatory and industry objectives for product regulatory programs (e.g., environmental compliance, Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), global PFAS regulations, RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, TSCA, other materials compliance, LCA, Environmental Product Declarations, sustainable product initiatives, etc.)

Qualifications

* 12+ years of practical experience related to product regulatory compliance, product stewardship or sustainability, design for compliance, materials/substances compliance, chemistry, circular economy, product stewardship, LCA or similar OR practical experience managing aspects of compliance in a large manufacturing enterprise, and/or advisory roles related to risk consulting, trade association policy, or similar;
* Relevant post-secondary degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, Environmental Law, Design for Environment, or similar relevant field;
* Understanding of manufacturing practices with experience in product design, certification and compliance, procurement, or other product or supply chain management roles is desirable;
* Prior background as a consultant or in an advisory capacity that has been responsible for revenue generation is considered beneficial;

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join Oglethorpe Power Corporation as we construct and commission a new state-of-the-art greenfield combined-cycle power plant. The Plant Manager will play a critical leadership role in the successful integration and startup of the facility, including building and developing the operations team over the next three years. This position requires close collaboration with the construction project team to ensure a seamless transition from construction to commercial operations.
During commissioning, the Plant Manager will lead key readiness and startup activities such as 3D model reviews, preventive maintenance (PM) program creation, training, spare parts review and ordering, and the development of operational and maintenance processes and procedures. The Smarr Combined Cycle Facility will utilize two 1x1 multi-shaft GE 7HA.03 combined-cycle units with GE HRSGs, GE steam turbines, and air-cooled condensers.
Upon commissioning, the Plant Manager will assume full responsibility for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the 1,425-MW facility, overseeing all operations, maintenance, technical, and administrative functions. This role ensures compliance with corporate safety policies, FERC, EPA, EPD, OSHA, DOT, and all applicable regulatory requirements, while driving continuous improvement and fostering professional growth among plant personnel.
Plant Construction, Commissioning, and Startup:
Develop and execute integration plans for the Smarr CC facility to accept, operate, and maintain the new units once fully commissioned
Engage and lead the plant team during the supporting of commissioning and startup of the combined cycle power plant, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and OPC's technical specifications.
Establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with the OPC project team, engineering, procurement, and EPC construction team to ensure a seamless and efficient transition from the construction phase to operational readiness.

Job Summary:
The Seasonal Assistant Golf Professional will assist the Director of Golf in managing and executing daily golf operations at The Fall Line. The ideal candidate will be organized, with strong communication skills, and dedicated to providing a memorable experience for our members and guests. This role involves coordinating between various departments, maintaining high standards, and ensuring exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Member & Guest Relations: Greet and engage with all members and guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Golf Shop Operations: Oversee daily golf shop operations including sales, handling golf charges, managing inquiries, and maintaining a well-organized shop.
Merchandising: Set up, change, and maintain golf shop displays. Perform regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.
Custom Orders: Process and manage custom orders for members and guests.
Golf Course Assistance: Maintain your own golf game to be available to play with members. Assist with cleaning clubs, maintaining the range, and overseeing golf cart maintenance.
Bag Drop Coordination: Manage and coordinate the bag drop service throughout the day.
Facility Maintenance: Ensure the range and practice facilities are kept in excellent condition. Clean, charge, and stock golf carts as needed.

Member/Guest Acknowledgment: Introduce yourself to new faces and recognize returning members and guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Outstanding Service: Anticipate and fulfill the needs of members and guests to provide the highest level of service.
Informed Staff: Maintain up-to-date knowledge about members, their families, and club events to stay informed.
Professional Image: Ensure the golf shop, merchandising, and golf cart facility are maintained to the highest standards. Greet everyone in a courteous and professional manner.
Consistency: Deliver impartial, consistent service, teaching, and merchandising to all members.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a golf shop or similar environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
Knowledge of golf operations and merchandising.
Ability to work effectively with a team and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Perform other related duties as required to support the overall operations of the club.
Must be an avid golfer.
Bachelor's degree and four years of golf experience preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Registered PGA Member preferred
Experience with a computerized POS and Tee Time System preferred.
