Seeking a Part-Time Parts Delivery Driver to load, unload and deliver parts to various customer locations.
Load and drive pickup truck and/or van to deliver parts required by customer in an efficient, courteous, safe and timely manner ensuring product integrity during transit.
Part Time M-F 10am-2pm (on occasion may start a little earlier or needed to stay a little later)
Knowledge of basic vehicle inspection and maintenance including tire pressure, checking fuel, oil and water levels.
Ability to safely and efficiently operate a vehicle in accordance with all federal, state, and local traffic laws and regulations governing the operation of a commercial vehicle.
Ability to read and comprehend documents such as route directions, safety rules, parts catalogs, and written instructions.
Ability to follow directions and job completion tasks.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations.
Ability to work independently with minimum direction.
Ability to lift up to and including 100lbs
Must have at the time of hire, and maintain throughout employment, a valid Driver License free of major infractions.

Logistics & Rental Coordinator

-Logistics & Rental Coordinator!
Overseeing STR operations and managing trucking logistics. This role encompasses receiving and responding to customer inquiries regarding rental assets, handling daily billing, customer communications, scheduling, and equipment dispatch. Coordinating centralized dispatching for trucking operations across four locations and streamlining delivery processes. Coordination of trucking resources, optimizing trailer utilization, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups, while managing trucking schedules and facilitating clear communication across all locations within the company.
Duties:
Conduct STR billing
Take incoming requests for rentals, process orders
Follow up on STR customers upon rental expiration
Monitor check-in and check-out process for all STR equipment to maintain accurate records
Coordinate the daily truck schedule for all T&J drivers
Build loads, determine appropriate type of trailer and guarantee correct deliveries
Lead weekly trucking meetings via Teams to review performance, address issues, etc
Manage trucking requests using our ERP to streamline communication
Minimum Job Qualifications :
A high school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or rental coordination is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks
Knowledge of logistics, dispatch operations, and trailer load management
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service
Ability to use scheduling systems and dispatching software effectively
Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making under tight deadlines
Ability to coordinate with various departments and external trucking providers
