The Opportunity: As a cyber mission specialist, you understand the value of hunt-forward operations, and you know that battles are won in the grey. You Have:
5+ years of experience working in a professional environment
4+ years of experience in OT and ICS cybersecurity
Experience supporting the DoD, DOE, or DHS and interacting with senior leaders
Experience at organizations supporting the cybersecurity of critical infrastructure, including DoD service program offices
Knowledge of cyberspace defense, cybersecurity, and compliance policy and documentation standards, frameworks, and vocabulary, including Chairman Joint Chief of Staff Manual (CJCSM) 6510.01B, Joint Publication (JP) 3-12, or DoD Instruction (DODI) 8530.01
Knowledge of defining security requirements, security assessments, and security recommendations using industry standards as reference models
Knowledge of designing, developing, or integrating information assurance and security systems and system components
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. The Semiconductor Field Service Technician III (Technician, Engineering III) performs technical support of high vacuum PVD equipment and related robotics. The individual must understand and have experience with vacuum technology, general practices, and procedures in the semiconductor industry and successfully perform field service duties in customer's clean room. Position provides on-site and on-call technical support, which may require off shift work.
This position will require travel to Japan for the first 3-6 months for training.

Your Impact
Responsible to monitor, inspect, setup, calibrate, and maintain semiconductor process equipment in the field to prevent equipment down time
Troubleshoot hardware and software related issues and implement solutions

Install equipment control software and maintain record of software revision history

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Contracts Administrator is a key member of the Business Development and Marketing team, responsible for developing, preparing, and administering the full lifecycle of customer and vendor contracts at Quanta Technology. This role ensures that all contractual documents comply with company policies, client specifications, and applicable regulations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the end-to-end process for contract creation, review, execution, and renewal.
Support the tracking and maintenance of master service agreement.
Track and maintain the list of current client specific terms and conditions and nondisclosure agreements
Facilitate contract reviews and approval workflows, ensuring timely input from all relevant stakeholders.
Lead the preparation and submission of contracts for proposals requiring special jurisdictional terms (e.g., California, wildfires).
Maintain centralized repositories and ensure version control and accessibility of legal documents.
Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Operations staff to align on contract terms before escalating to senior leadership.
