This position is responsible for developing account plans for new and/or existing accounts. Prospects new customers and new business at existing customers and close full solution sales to corporate customers. About the Role: In this opportunity, as AccountExecutive you will:
Prospecting: Prospecting is a must. Actively seek out new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline. Keep your sales pipeline clean and up to date, aiming for 3-4 times coverage of your sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Account Management: Handle a list of major accounts (companies with revenues of $500M+), leading the entire sales process through account planning, to include initial contact, account planning, deal closing to renewal.
Sales Goals: Meet or exceed your revenue targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams within the organization to tailor our solutions to address the customer needs.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their challenges and demonstrating how our solutions can address them.
Salesforce Maintenance: Regularly update our CRM system (salesforce.com) to maintain accurate records of your sales activities and to provide reliable sales forecasts. Engage in direct client meetings either in person or via platforms like MS Teams.
About You:
You're a fit for the role of AccountExecutive, if you have:
College degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience (sales experience in the corporate sector preferred) with proven, exemplary track record of sales quota over achievement.
Proven success selling complex, enterprise software (>$500M revenue targets) with a consultative, value-based approach
Experienced engaging C‑suite using solution selling to uncover business challenges and quantify impact of inaction
Skilled at leading multi-stakeholder, detailed sales processes and managing full-cycle deals from prospecting to close
Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and driving change
Strong cross-functional collaborator with marketing, product, and legal to achieve shared outcomes
Deep understanding of AI and its application to improve legal department operations; mission-driven

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $178,200 and $257,950. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.

They collaborate with peers across sales leadership, solution consulting, account management, sales support, product, and marketing to provide industry and sales insights. Key Tasks:
Proactively partner with AccountExecutives and Sales Leaders by providing industry expertise and insights on Regulatory Change and our Compliance Intelligence suite.
Analyze sales data and whitespace within Compliance Solutions business to identify growth opportunities, improve adoption rates, upsell existing products, introduce new products, and facilitate cross-selling opportunities for AccountExecutives.
Drive strategic opportunities by proactively partnering with the AccountExecutive on deal strategy and collaborating with internal partners to win Compliance Solutions opportunities at customers or prospect accounts.
Structure and organize customer goals, pain points, and information to create a detailed business case for partnership with Wolters Kluwer.

You're a Great Fit if You Have/Can:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Must have experience in the regulatory compliance, loan origination, fair lending, community reinvestment, loan documentation, and other compliance industries in either a sales role, management consulting, business analysis, or regulator role.
5 years' experience in an external facing role, preferably in cloud-based technology solutions.
