This 18-24-month program provides an opportunity to learn about Fidelity and build skills, experiences and connections that will help advance your career. In this Customer Service role,
help customers feel more confident, make clearer decisions, and achieve their own financial dreams
. You'll assist with a broad range of needs including answering questions about their account balance and helping to make withdrawals, transfer funds, or find resources.
The Customer Service role is similar to Entry Level Customer Service, Call Center Representative, Customer Service Representative and Customer Support Representative roles.
How it works …
Join a cohort of associates who are also beginning their career in Customer Service, you'll be surrounded by a team of leaders, coaches, mentors, and peers who provide support at each stage.
During the first
, spend time onboarding, training, and preparing to become a Financial Customer Associate. In this phase, you will take basic customer calls and progress to more complex calls as knowledge and experience is developed around money out and money in for our clients 401K plans. A robust learning and study program are with you every step of the way.
, continue taking customer calls to develop and hone your skills. There will be time in the day (away from the phones) to join team activities, get well-being support, and career coaching. Imagine someone sits down with you to talk about your strengths, interests, and passions-helping you to begin charting your career path. Learn and develop, while using Fidelity resources, support, and mentoring. Option to acquire your FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses depending on Career Path.
Gain confidence and develop proficiency
serving customers, then spend more time off the phones learning about roles that impact your current role while acquiring new skills, gaining new experiences, building your network, and delivering value in different ways.

This is a
full-time hourly phone position
that also offers the opportunity to work extra hours based on the business needs and your availability. You do not need a finance background or a degree to succeed in the role.
