Responsibilities - Sand, prep, and assemble cabinet components - Assist in finishing room with staining, varnishing, and detail work - Perform final assembly and quality checks - Load/unload trailers using lift-assist tables and carts (no off-property driving) - Maintain a clean, safe work environment Qualifications - Ability to stand 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. (with assist equipment) - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Team-oriented with reliable attendance and punctuality - Candidates with experience in painting (interior or exterior), wood finishing, or working in a paint/finishing shop. - Someone with strong sanding skills and an eye for precision and detail. - Able to contribute with minimal training and work independently once oriented.
