Michael Baker International's Bridge team is currently seeking a Project Manager and certified Bridge Inspection Team Leader, in accordance with the National Bridge Inspection Standards, to join our Team in Colorado. RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management: Lead and manage bridge inspection projects from planning to completion, ensuring all project goals and deadlines are met.
Team Leadership: Serve as Team Leader for bridge inspections, providing guidance and supervision to the inspection crew.
Field Inspections: Identify, document, and photograph bridge component defects in the field.
Technical Expertise: Be knowledgeable in NDE coding, SI&A coding, and repair item identification/priorities.
Site Management: Oversee general inspection crew, subcontractors and ensure site safety and management.
Report Generation: Generate bridge inspection reports using owner bridge management software, MicroStation, AutoCAD, and/or Microsoft Office.
Coordination and Scheduling: Assist with coordination, planning/scheduling, and mobilization for field personnel, equipment, lane closures, etc.
Client Interaction: Meet with clients to discuss priority items and ensure timely submission of reports, schedules, etc.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and assist with Project Management tasks.
Tool Utilization: Use necessary tools and equipment for bridge evaluations.
Mentorship: Mentor team members and support their professional development.
Proposal and Marketing Support: Assist with proposal production and marketing initiatives.
Continuous Learning: Maintain technical knowledge through training and seminars.
DESIGN AND LOAD RATING
Design and load rating abilities are preferred but not required. Potential design/load rating duties include:
Prepare studies, construction documents, maps, and reports for structural evaluation and design.
Perform or supervise load ratings of structures.
Prepare quantities, cost estimates, and technical specifications.
Use CAD and Microsoft Office programs for design documents and reports.
Communicate with Senior Engineers and Project Managers.
Review shop drawings for contract compliance.
Define scope of work and labor hour requirements.
Assist with proposal production and marketing initiatives.
Ensure project schedules and budgets are met.
Coordinate with design technicians for timely deliverables.
Prepare documents for regulatory permits.
Maintain technical knowledge through training and seminars.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering.
7+ years of experience as a Project Manager performing bridge inspections and related engineering functions.
NBIS Qualified bridge inspection team leader.
Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado - Preferred.
Fracture Critical and Tunnel Inspection Certification - Preferred.
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000. This will be dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming candidate.

In this Internship, you will get the opportunity to work with a team of seasoned Engineers to assist on a variety of Civil Engineering projects with varying technical duties and daily activities. You will get the opportunity to assist with preparing preliminary and final drawings, layouts, and designs using computer-aided design software like Civil 3D, Microstation and ArcGIS.
You will assist with technical duties on a variety of design projects. Responsibilities include:
Prepare engineering related calculations and develop drawings and visual aids
Draft details and make minor CAD revisions
Work under supervision of a project manager or a senior level team member
Assist with data collection, input, verification, and manipulation
Assignments will include data gathering, moderate calculations and structural analysis for bridge design and load rating projects.
Other tasks may include assisting in creating finite element models using structural analysis software and working with complex excel analysis spreadsheets.

The primary duties of the Environmental Project Manager are to conduct, supervise or direct a multitude of waste and remediation engineering projects. In this role, we'll count on you to:
* Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity, typically involving a large project staff.
* Establish client relations and be involved in business development, marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
* Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule.
* Implement QA/QC procedures.
* Work on diverse remedial engineering projects that with a wide range of contaminants (VOCs/SVOCs/metals/PCBs/ NAPL) in all types of media (soil/groundwater/sediment/bedrock/abandoned mines, etc.) utilizing innovative remedial technologies (P&T/removal/containment/dredging/ISS/chemical oxidation/bioremediation/capping).
* Lead team of staff engineers in preparation of design deliverables including engineering design reports, construction drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates and construction schedules with support from HDR's national practice leads.
* Participate in meetings with clients and regulatory agencies to resolve technical issues and negotiate remedial actions.
* Will also serve as a consultant and supervisor of waste and remedial construction management projects as needed.
* Work independently on technical tasks involving data analysis, interpreting results, and preparing technical reports, plans and specifications.
* Delegate and supervise junior engineers on waste and remediation design components and staff of professionals and technicians on remedial investigations.
* Train and mentor personnel as established by strategic plans.
Preferred Qualifications
* A minimum of 10 years of related experience required.
* MSW/CCR facility highly preferred.
* Proven leadership and Project Management skills required.
* Demonstrated understanding of client relationship management and evidence of experience interacting directly with clients higher preferred.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.
* Must be detail-oriented and a team player with great communication, technical writing, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
* Demonstrated experience in client marketing and proposal development.
* Demonstrated experience in project development and execution in the Public and Private sectors.
* Experience mentoring and supervising junior engineers.
* Preference given to local candidates

* Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.

Stanley Consultants is currently looking for an Electrical CADD Designer.Primary functions as Electrical CADD Designer to create power generation one-lines, schematics, wiring diagrams, electrical equipment arrangement, conduit and cable raceways, underground duct banks, and installation details 2D drawing and 3D models. Translate general project requirements into working electrical designs using 2D/3D CAD software

Ensure designs align with project specifications, industry standards, and quality control processes

Solicit technical input from equipment and material suppliers
Participate in design reviews, ensuring accuracy and quality of electrical designs to meet project requirements and industry standards
Coordinate with the engineering team to resolve design-related issues and support construction activities
Complete drawings from conceptual development, design phases, and construction to as-built
Provide drafting support on other disciplines' drawings as needed
Assist in training junior technicians and designers
Performs other work-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years in electrical drafting/design and 3D modeling for power generation or similar industrial environment
Certificate or associate degree in CADD, drafting, engineering technology, or related field
Experience in power generation or heavy industrial electrical design
Proficient in interpreting NEC (National Electric Code) Standards
Good understanding of what is required for project set-up and start-up
Familiarity with power plant construction standards and processes
Proficiency in 2D/3D AutoCAD and 2D/3D Microstation with a strong focus on electrical system design
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers and other stakeholders
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve design challenges in a fast-paced environment
