None. It is a sweat shop. Management only cares about their bottom line.
New management care only for their interests. As an employee you only exist to enrich them. They pay you overtime but what they don’t tell you is that you are expected to average 50-60 hours a week. Their business model is to work you to the bone with no incentives so they don’t have to hire additional people and pay them benefits. And of course this only applies to certain people. Abuse of the overtime is rampant. The management favorites claim overtime consistently but realistically maybe work their 40 hours on a good week. Good employees leave the company because they all reach a breaking point and burnout because they are picking up the slack.
