As Chief Transformation Officer for ThoughtWorks, Ange leads the integration and growth of the transformation services that ensures that Thoughtworks' can engage with business executives who want to build the capabilities needed to become a modern digital business, from anywhere across our global business.

Ange is also accountable for driving alignment and execution of strategic initiatives that support the continuous transformation of ThoughtWorks global business. Ange is responsible for the veracity, visibility and governance of our strategic goals and progress towards them, as well as visibility and governance of global investments. Ange partners with our global executives and country leadership teams to facilitate successful execution of initiatives that support our strategic goals.

Chris is the chief executive officer of ThoughtWorks' North American business, where he works closely with our clients to help them obtain a sustained competitive position through the innovative application of technology. Chris is responsible for operational results and has the privilege of working with ThoughtWorks' passionate technologists to accelerate the strategic and impactful evolution and expansion of the ambitious business and societal mission.

Joanna joined ThoughtWorks in 2003 as a software engineer, because she believed in the company’s pursuit of software excellence. In 2018, Joanna was appointed as ThoughtWorks’ first-ever chief talent officer where she aims to create a holistic, global approach to diverse talent sourcing, acquisition, and development while scaling 43 offices in 14 countries. Joanna oversees ThoughtWorks University and First-Year Experience.

As chief commercial officer, Sai maintains global responsibility for championing the long term commercial success of ThoughtWorks. Sai drives organizational focus towards awesome customer partnerships and meaningful client impact. Sai's main focus is on executing strategies for delivering greater client value, ensuring effective client segmentation and management, identifying and supporting growth engines, and implementing strategies for long term growth - while still delivering quarterly and annual plan revenue commitments.
