Scope of Responsibilities: Works under direct supervision and follow standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Job Summary: Process Invoices and Credits pertaining to or accurate and timely payment. Review statements to ensure all invoices and credit memos have been processed properly and timely.
Responsibilities Open and Sort daily receiving documents Responsible for maintaining inventory levels within department and store parameters Three-point verification, reconcile invoices, packing slips, purchase orders and receiving sheets Verify accuracy of invoices including pricing, quantities, due dates, and terms against purchase orders Interact and communicate with vendors, the buying department and receiving department as needed for proper account management Coordinates with Suppliers to optimize effectiveness and profitability File invoices and create new files as needed Create Excel and Word documents as needed Remove and box files and reports at year end Perform general office duties including use of calculator, copier, fax machine and scanner Responsible for Store Supply buying. This includes:Maintaining sufficient inventory to satisfy store needs On-going sourcing review to ensure store supply inventory effectiveness - lowest acquisition cost at a satisfactory vendor service level and product quality Management of vendors that source Store Supplies product Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Education:Minimum: Associate degree, but not required Experience:Preferred: 0-2 years previous experience in related position Preferred: Experience with Brightreee Special Conditions of EmploymentCriminal background check Drug TestInitial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring Required Training:HIPAA Privacy Course HIPAA Security CourseDME Training Job Skills Required:Strong working knowledge of retail, and organizational skills Basic accounting skills Strong computer skills and aptitude Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Office Products Demonstrates analytical ability and problem-solving skills Ability to learn and implement new computer software applications Ability to work within timelines and meet deadlines Ability to lift 40 lb Behavioral Traits Required:Cooperation: Must work harmoniously and effectively with fellow employees, supervisors and other in contact with Initiative: Must work within supervision guidelines and assume additional responsibilities Adaptability: Must respond to new situations in a positive way, accept change, support new ideas, master new routines and grasp explanations, apply current knowledge in new environments and experiences Involvement: Must enjoy the demands of the job and work with interest and enthusiasm Customer Service: Must provide appropriate customer service (for Kinney customers, fellow employees, and business partners), listen attentively to their needs, and respond appropriately Safety: Must take care of equipment and employ good safety habits Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
