Role Responsibilities

Compensation
Zimmermann utilizes the advertised salary and hourly range as a benchmark to offer candidates competitive compensation in the market. This approach also allows for flexibility to account for differing levels of experience and to reward both performance and tenure.
Although the published salary range is a genuine estimate of the intended hourly pay for the role, Zimmermann maintains the discretion to offer compensation outside the specified range.
In addition to hourly pay, Client Advisors are also eligible for commission on all sales.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of BCBA experience or equivalent clinical experience as an LMFT
Experience in functional behavior analyses/assessments
Basic knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities
Capability to implement ABA methodologies
Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field
BCBA certification OR LMFT license

Physical Requirements
Occasional Requirements (1-3 hours): Sitting, standing, walking, simple grasping, power grasping, pushing, pulling, reach above shoulder, reach waist level, reach below waist, reach below knee, ending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, driving personal vehicle.
Rare Requirements (0-1): Hand and wrist work, keyboarding, fine manipulation, climbing stairs, lifting/carrying 1-50lbs.
