From small beginnings operating as a duo out of their farmhouse in 1975, Greg and Nancy Thrasher took a "whatever it takes" approach to keeping customers happy.
1975 Greg & Nancy Thrasher launch Thrasher Basement Water Control from their farm house in Earling, Iowa.
In 1983, a young engineer with an entrepreneurial spirit and his father, a seasoned engineer with more than 40 years of experience, joined forces to start a civil engineering firm focused on public utility infrastructure in North Central West Virginia.
1986 Thrasher expands their service offering and begins helping homeowners not only with basement waterproofing, but with foundation repair as well.
1992 A new friendship begins Greg Thrasher meets Danny Morrow, owner of Kansas Basement Foundation and Repair, through the network of foundation repair dealers they both belong to.
1994 Basement Systems network Thrasher Basement Waterproofing becomes a Basement Systems dealer, gaining access to patented products, comprehensive training and support.
Based upon Thrasher’s site development planning and engineering design services for many successful building projects, in 2004 architectural design was added as a service offering.
2008 Kansas Basement and Foundation Repair Alongside Thrasher, Kansas Basement and Foundation Repair is a Supportworks dealer from Day 1.
2019 First satellite location Thrasher opens their first satellite location in Grand Island and Sioux City, NE.
