He has specific expertise in go-to-market strategies, marketing, customer success, and channel development. Gene holds an MBA from Northeastern University, where he guest lectures on topics such as product management, marketing, and sales.

Bret has served in multiple executive roles for Corporate Express/Staples and BMC Software and has extensive knowledge of the software development and security products industries. Bret has been responsible for enterprise security in multiple roles and has been an innovator throughout his career and has a proven track record of building and developing high performing organizations and dynamic cyber security teams.

Tom has a long track record of building and scaling product delivery capabilities at mid- and growth-stage startups. He served as the VP of Engineering at Edgewise Networks, where he led engineering through early releases of Edgewise’s zero-trust micro-segmentation product. While at Veracode, a leader in AppSec, Hickman led engineering through an Agile transformation, and helped the company become a true multi-faceted AppSec platform prior to its acquisition by CA Technologies in 2017. Tom holds a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Gwen has proven expertise in financial modeling, purchase accounting, MEA due diligence, and intercompany accounting Before joining ThreatX, she led finance at Reslient systems and guided Its acquisition and integration into IBM. As controller at Brand Networks, she successfully integrated two acquisition targets and underwent a five-period audit Before finding her niche in the early- to mid-stage startup sector, Gwen was an audit manager at Deloitte & TOuche LL, where she served its largest asset management clients. Gwen is a CPA in the state of Massachusetts. She holds an MBA from Suffolk University an MS in Accounting and BS in Accounting and Finance & Insurance degrees from Northeastern University.

Dave is a digital-first growth leader and tech marketing executive with 20+ years of experience building brands, generating demand, growing pipeline, and driving revenue in B2B and B2G markets. Formerly at ZeroNorth, Forcepoint, and Raytheon.

David Roshak is a Board Member at Sverica Capital Management, Vice Chairman at Defy Security, and Senior VP:Operations/CFO at Accuvant and is based in Denver, Colorado. He has worked as Chief Financial Officer at iBAHN, CFO at GUEST TEK INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT LTD, and Exec VP/CFO at Optiv. David attended Creighton University.

Libby brings over 15 years of experience in accounting, finance and consulting with proven expertise in leading process design to support growth initiatives, financings and M&A. Prior to ThreatX, Libby served as the VP Internal Audit with GCP Applied Technologies. Before GCP, Libby was a Managing Director with CFGI, a financial consulting firm, where she helped companies transform their finance functions, complete acquisitions and support IPO transactions. Libby began her career in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche after receiving her B.S. degree in Management from Boston College, with dual concentrations in finance and accounting. She is also a certified public accountant.
