Dan has over 20 years of experience in bringing finance and operational leadership to growth oriented businesses in the SaaS and technology space. In his role at Giant Oak, Dan leads the finance, accounting, human resources and administrative functions at the company. His past experience includes leadership and operational positions at Surefire Local, Socrata (acquired by Tyler Technologies), Pixia Corp, and Targusinfo (acquired by Neustar). In 2017, Dan was awarded as a top 40 trending CFO in the Washington DC area by DCA Live. When not creating financial models and counting beans, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, reminiscing about the 80s and early 90s Washington Redskin teams, and catching a concert at Wolf Trap.

Jason has been designing and building enterprise security solutions for more than 10 years. Before joining ThreatConnect, Jason was a Sr. Solutions Architect at Layer 7 Technologies where he helped numerous government and private sector customers architect and build secure web applications and APIs. Prior to Layer 7, Jason worked at Lockheed Martin as a Sr. Systems Engineer. He has multiple high profile projects under his belt in both private and cloud deployments. Jason holds a MS in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from George Washington University, and he has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.
