Experience * Minimum of 8-10 years of clinical practice in orthopedic surgery or spine surgery, preferably with experience in a pediatric setting. * Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations, administration, or physician leadership roles. * Experience in academic medicine, research administration, and/or graduate medical education preferred.
