Melinda joined Thrive SPC in 2020 to manage the Services side of their business-all the people who provide care in the homes and those who support them in their location offices. Her extensive knowledge and experience in high-volume recruitment and retention of nurses, home health aides, and therapists to meet the growing demands of their industry quickly proved invaluable. She was named President and CEO in October of 2021. Melinda’s husband is a business owner. They have two adult daughters. Melinda has over 25 years of home health care experience, most recently as President, Skilled Nursing Services at BAYADA Home Health Care, the nation’s largest non-profit provider of home health care services. Her experience includes leading office operations from start-up to turn-arounds, as well as multi-site expansion of services in pediatrics, adult nursing, habilitation, adult home health, and assistive care. She has also served as chief recruiting officer and chief people officer, focused on improving the candidate experience and optimizing the onboarding experience for new teammates.

As Thrive SPC’s Chief People Officer, Tricia’s passion for people and culture helps to create a healthy organization. Tricia leads a team of HR, benefits, communications, and training professionals who work together to support their team members and locations across the country. Tricia’s husband is a senior software solutions sales representative. The couple has a son and a daughter. Tricia has more than 20 years of leadership, organizational development, and HR experience in the healthcare, technology, and financial service sectors. Prior to joining Thrive SPC, she was the VP of Organizational Development and Human Resources for American Dental Partners, responsible for teams and programs related to attracting, developing, rewarding, and retaining people. Her focus is always on giving all team members the opportunity for personal and professional growth and cultivating leadership across the organization. Tricia believes her role in building high-performing, cohesive teams is to serve others so they can be as effective and successful as possible.Tricia is driven by their purpose. She is passionate about creating organizational clarity, driving employee engagement, developing leadership capabilities at the organizational and personal levels, and creating the best structure and process to support the organization and the children for whom they provide care.

Quinby joined Thrive SPC as Chief Financial Officer in 2021. She leads all aspects of Thrive SPC’s finance organization, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial operations, controllership, and reporting. She also holds responsibility for Treasury and Tax. Quinby is dedicated to attracting talent and building and developing teams. She strives to build business partnerships alongside finance to define strategy and drive informed decision making. Quinby’s husband is also a finance executive. They have a son and daughter who keep them on their toes! Quinby has over 20 years of finance and health care experience. Most recently, as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the innovation business portfolio at CVS Health, where she was responsible for the Enterprise Economics organization and for all shared services enterprise areas. Prior to joining CVS Health, Quinby was a leader at Deloitte Consulting, serving Fortune 100 companies. She began her career as part of PwC / Standard and Poor’s Corporate Value Consulting practice where she built extensive business valuation experience. Quinby holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BA in Mathematics from Boston College. Quinby looks to bring energy to everything she does. She is passionate about supporting children with special and complex needs and is committed to her role in supporting Thrive SPC’s important purpose.

Lori joined Thrive SPC as Chief Clinical Officer in 2021. She is responsible for Thrive SPC’s clinical vision, programs, practices, and standards, as well as ensuring safe, high quality patient care. Lori is dedicated to clinical and service excellence! She strives to create the ideal patient and employee experiences, and is passionate about enhancing and elevating clinical practice, services, and programs in support of their purpose: to provide high quality clinical home care for medically fragile children so they can grow and flourish to their full potential. Lori and her husband have a son and a daughter. Lori holds a Master of Science degree in management in health care administration from Wilmington University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Villanova University. She has more than 30 years of leadership experience with extensive knowledge and expertise in home care and health care systems. She has served in many strategic and operational leadership roles with health care organizations, including The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Penn Medicine-University of Pennsylvania Hospital Health System, Inglis, and most recently Bayada Home Health Care. Lori is laser-focused on providing strategic vision, planning, and execution; clinical and operational leadership; and large-scale system enhancements to promote Thrive SPC’s purpose and core values.

Steve first joined the Thrive SPC team in 2019 and was named SVP, Operations - Services in 2021. He is responsible for all the people who provide care in the homes and those who support them in their location offices. Steve has more than 18 years of home care experience, both in operations and corporate development, including stints at Maxim Healthcare Services, eKidzCare, and Bayada Home Health Care. During his time at eKidzCare, he opened ten Medicare-certified locations across Pennsylvania, helped rebrand the company, and redesigned its back-office operations. Steve lives in Pittsburgh, where he was born and raised. His wife is an account executive in the home health/hospice space. The couple has two small children. Steve has worked with and supervised Thrive SPC teammates in several regions, which gives him unique perspective for what the needs are in each market. He understands the big picture of what it takes to provide home health care to children and operate a successful business.

Roberta Verville MA CHC is a Chief Compliance Officer at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care and is based in North Easton, Massachusetts. She has worked as Director of Compliance & Privacy Officer at Sheridan Healthcorp; Director Compliance & Privacy Officer, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Manager at Univita Health; and Regulatory & HIPAA Compliance Auditor at Broward Health. Roberta studied at University of Massachusetts Lowell and Sarah Lawrence College.
