She was named President and CEO in October of 2021. Melinda’s husband is a business owner. They have two adult daughters. Melinda has over 25 years of home health care experience, most recently as President, Skilled Nursing Services at BAYADA Home Health Care, the nation’s largest non-profit provider of home health care services. Her experience includes leading office operations from start-up to turn-arounds, as well as multi-site expansion of services in pediatrics, adult nursing, habilitation, adult home health, and assistive care. She has also served as chief recruiting officer and chief people officer, focused on improving the candidate experience and optimizing the onboarding experience for new teammates.

Most recently, as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the innovation business portfolio at CVS Health, where she was responsible for the Enterprise Economics organization and for all shared services enterprise areas. Prior to joining CVS Health, Quinby was a leader at Deloitte Consulting, serving Fortune 100 companies. She began her career as part of PwC / Standard and Poor’s Corporate Value Consulting practice where she built extensive business valuation experience. Quinby holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BA in Mathematics from Boston College. Quinby looks to bring energy to everything she does. Lori joined Thrive SPC as Chief Clinical Officer in 2021. She is responsible for Thrive SPC’s clinical vision, programs, practices, and standards, as well as ensuring safe, high quality patient care. Lori is dedicated to clinical and service excellence! She strives to create the ideal patient and employee experiences, and is passionate about enhancing and elevating clinical practice, services, and programs in support of their purpose: to provide high quality clinical home care for medically fragile children so they can grow and flourish to their full potential. Lori and her husband have a son and a daughter. Lori holds a Master of Science degree in management in health care administration from Wilmington University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Villanova University. She has more than 30 years of leadership experience with extensive knowledge and expertise in home care and health care systems. She has served in many strategic and operational leadership roles with health care organizations, including The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Penn Medicine-University of Pennsylvania Hospital Health System, Inglis, and most recently Bayada Home Health Care. Lori is laser-focused on providing strategic vision, planning, and execution; clinical and operational leadership; and large-scale system enhancements to promote Thrive SPC’s purpose and core values.

Steve first joined the Thrive SPC team in 2019 and was named SVP, Operations - Services in 2021. He is responsible for all the people who provide care in the homes and those who support them in their location offices. Steve has more than 18 years of home care experience, both in operations and corporate development, including stints at Maxim Healthcare Services, eKidzCare, and Bayada Home Health Care. During his time at eKidzCare, he opened ten Medicare-certified locations across Pennsylvania, helped rebrand the company, and redesigned its back-office operations. Steve lives in Pittsburgh, where he was born and raised. His wife is an account executive in the home health/hospice space. The couple has two small children. Steve has worked with and supervised Thrive SPC teammates in several regions, which gives him unique perspective for what the needs are in each market. He understands the big picture of what it takes to provide home health care to children and operate a successful business.
